Data protection requests

Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

Email privacy@dervalyn.com with the subject Privacy request. To help us locate the right information, include:

• your name and the email address or identifier connected with the relevant service;
• the DERVALYN website, game, app or product involved;
• the type of request you are making; and
• enough detail to identify the relevant records.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. If identity verification is needed, we will ask only for information proportionate to the request.

Account deletion

If a DERVALYN product creates a user account, follow the account-deletion route provided by that product or see our Account Deletion page. Accounts held by a third-party platform may need to be managed through that platform.

Marketing choices

If you receive direct marketing from DERVALYN, use any unsubscribe control provided or email us asking to opt out. Service, legal or security communications are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.

What happens next

We will acknowledge and handle valid requests within the period required by applicable data protection law. Some rights have legal exceptions. If we cannot fully comply, we will explain the reason where the law requires us to do so.
