Request deletion

If a DERVALYN-controlled product creates an account and does not provide an in-product deletion control, email privacy@dervalyn.com with the subject Account deletion request.

Include the product or game name and the email address, username or account identifier associated with the account. Do not send your password.

What we may need to verify

We may request proportionate verification to make sure the request comes from the account holder or an authorised person. We will not ask for more identity information than reasonably necessary.

What deletion means

Where the request is valid, information connected to the account will be deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction or dispute-resolution reasons. We will explain any material retention that applies.

Third-party platform accounts

Deleting data held by DERVALYN does not automatically delete an account created and controlled by TikTok, an app store, a console network or another independent platform. Use that platform's account tools for information it controls.
