01Rights & clearances
Before a platform submission, we verify ownership or appropriate licences for game code, artwork, music, trademarks and other third-party material used in the release.
02Accurate identity & metadata
Publisher identity, titles, thumbnails, descriptions and public support information are kept consistent with the actual product. We do not use misleading metadata to obtain distribution.
03Audience & accessibility
Audience settings are reviewed for each platform. YouTube Playables submissions are prepared for a general audience aged 13+ and not as “made for kids”; accessibility is reviewed against applicable platform guidance.
04Technical certification
Builds are tested against the current destination-platform SDK, packaging, loading, input, audio, storage and certification requirements before submission. Platform approval is always determined by the platform itself.
05YouTube Playables review
Playables are prepared for a general audience aged 13+ and not as “made for kids”. Rights and duplicate-build checks are completed before submission, and accessibility metadata is used only when it accurately describes features implemented in the game.
06TikTok Mini Games review
From 28 August 2026, TikTok Mini Games use the native runtime rather than legacy HTML/H5 delivery. Business verification, industry qualification, approved Basic information and evidence of representative playable work on another app platform are treated as external platform prerequisites. DERVALYN-hosted demos are kept separate from external publication proof, with regional launch and age-rating requirements checked where applicable.
