DERVALYN operates across commerce, digital products, technology and games. These terms are general website and service terms; transaction-specific conditions may be presented separately when a purchase, subscription or other contract is offered.

Paid products, subscriptions and separately licensed software are governed by the licence or purchase terms presented for that product. This does not transfer ownership of any software, artwork, brand, game content or other intellectual property.

Unless stated otherwise, DERVALYN LTD or its licensors own or control the rights in DERVALYN branding, website design, software, source and object code, game assets, audiovisual material, text and original content. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, remove rights notices, commercially exploit protected material, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Third-party names, trade marks and platform assets remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administration areas, servers or systems;
• introduce malware, malicious code or harmful automated traffic;
• interfere with security, availability, rate limits or technical restrictions;

7. Games, apps and interactive products

Game availability, features, progress storage, supported devices, online functions and platform integrations may change as products are developed or updated. A title may be marked as in development, beta, demo or similar, and such versions may contain incomplete or changing features.

When a game is supplied through TikTok, an app store, a game portal, a console or another third-party platform, that platform's account, payment, moderation, technical and user terms may also apply.

8. Purchases, subscriptions and digital content

This corporate website does not, by itself, create a purchase contract merely by describing a product or business area. If DERVALYN offers direct checkout, paid digital content, a subscription or another consumer transaction, the price, key product information, payment process and any purchase-specific terms will be presented before the order is completed.

Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms. Any cancellation, refund or remedy rights depend on the type of product, how it is supplied, where the customer is located and the applicable law. A platform sale may be handled under the platform's payment and refund process.

9. User content and feedback

If a DERVALYN service later allows you to upload, submit or publish content, product-specific rules may apply. You must have the rights needed to provide that content and must not submit unlawful or infringing material. Unless separate terms say otherwise, ordinary feedback or suggestions may be used by DERVALYN without an obligation to implement or compensate for them, while ownership of your pre-existing rights remains unaffected.

Links or integrations may lead to services that DERVALYN does not control, including TikTok, YouTube, app stores and game portals. Their availability, security, content, privacy practices and contractual terms are the responsibility of the relevant provider. A link to or from a third-party platform does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or a partnership. Do not use DERVALYN links to bypass platform rules, access restrictions or payment systems.

11. Availability, updates and suspension

We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, product or commercial reasons. Where you have an active paid contract, any applicable contract terms and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

We use reasonable care in operating our services, but we do not promise that every public page or free service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Informational content is general information and is not professional, financial, legal or other specialist advice.

13. Liability
